Full Day Rental – 200-attendee maximum. (Event must end by 11:00 PM.)
Fees: Peak Times:
Friday – Sunday (May thru October) - $1,000/day
Off-Peak Times:
Monday – Thursday all year
Friday – Sunday (November thru April) - $ 750/day
Discounts on rental fee for members of the Lake Rabun Pavilion Navy:
Lieutenant Level - 10%
Commander Level - 20%
Captain Level - 30%
Commodore Level - 40%
Admiral Level - 50%
Refundable Damage Deposit - $250.00
Paid at time contract is signed
Fees include reasonable clean up and 2 hours of parking assistance. LRA Pavilion LLC
reserves the right to require security.
Partial Day Rental – 200-attendee maximum. (Event must end by 11:00 PM and be less than 4 hours long including set up time.)
Fees: $ 300.00
Discounts on rental fee for members of the Lake Rabun Pavilion Navy as noted above.
Refundable Damage Deposit - $250.00
Paid at time contract is signed
Fees do not include clean up or parking assistance. LRA Pavilion LLC reserves the right to
require security.
The Pavilion is 90’ X 32’ with approximately 40 parking spaces.
The Pavilion has the following for rent:
Rental fees for round tables (60”) $10.00 each – Pavilion has 24
Rental fees for tables (8’ X 3’) $5.00 each – Pavilion has 40
Rental fees for tables (6’ x 3’) $5.00 each – Pavilion has 8
Rental fees for chairs $1.00 each – Pavilion has 400
