Pavilion Rental Information

2017 PAVILION AT LAKE RABUN RENTAL FEES

All Fees are payable by check or cash only.

A $300.00 deposit is required for all rentals at the time a contract is signed.  A date cannot be held without a signed contract and a deposit.

Full Day Rental  (200-attendee maximum.)

Peak Times:
Friday – Sunday (May thru October) - $1,500.00/day

Off-Peak Times:
Monday – Thursday all year
Friday – Sunday (November thru April) - $1,200.00 /day

Fees include reasonable clean up and 2 hours of parking assistance. LRA Pavilion LLC reserves the right to require security.

 

Partial Day Rental  2 – 6 hours (200-attendee maximum.)

Peak Times:
Friday – Sunday (May thru October) - $750.00/day

Off-Peak Times:
Monday – Thursday all year
Friday – Sunday (November thru April) - $600.00/day

 

Fees include reasonable clean up and 2 hours of parking assistance. LRA Pavilion LLC reserves the right to require security.

 

Partial Day Rental   2 hours or less (200-attendee maximum.)

Peak Times:
Friday – Sunday (May thru October) - $375.00

Off-Peak Times:
Monday – Thursday all year
Friday – Sunday (November thru April) - $285.00

 

Fees do not include clean up or parking assistance. LRA Pavilion LLC reserves the right to require security. 

 

The Pavilion is 90’ X 32’ with approximately 40 parking spaces.
The Pavilion has the following:
Round tables (60”)  –  24
Tables (8’ X 3’)  –  40
Tables (6’ x 3’)  –  6
Chairs  –  400

 

Discounts for members of the Lake Rabun Pavilion Navy:
Lieutenant Level - 10%
Commander Level - 20%
Captain Level - 30%
Commodore Level - 40%
Admiral Level - 50%
