How do I login to my account?

If you are on any page of the website there is link called 'login' at the top right of the page. Click on the link to enter your username and password to login.

Why do I have to login?

You have to login to have access to the members only features on the website. Members have access to the Member Directory, My Profile, and the Boathouse Map.

What is my password?

If you do not know your password you can use the retrieve password function. Go to the login page, which is a link found on the top right of every page on the website, to login to your account. Since you do not know your password, you will see a retrieve password link. Click on the link and it will take you to the page. Once you are there enter your username or email address associated with your account to get an email with your password.

What is my username?

Your username is your last name plus your lot number at the end, for example: Jones304.1

How do I update my profile?

First you have to login, then go to the member's only tab on the right of the menu bar at the top of the home page. Then click on the item called My Profile. Once you are there click Edit Profile and you can change anything you want to.

How do I register for an event or purchase tickets?

On the home page click on the Events tab on the left side of the main menu bar next to welcome. It will take you to a page where you can scroll down to find the event you are looking for. Once you found the event, there will be a link on the bottom of the event that says--sign up for event--click on the link. It will take you to a page that asks for you to fill out your member information and how many tickets you want to buy. Once you have filled out the information click on proceed to checkout and you can choose to pay with Credit Card/PayPal or a check.

Do I have to have a PayPal account to purchase tickets?

No the options for payment are Credit Card, PayPal, or a check. If you choose to use a credit card you will have to go to the PayPal website. Since you do not have a PayPal account, fill out the information under the question "Don't have a PayPal account?" If you want to pay with a check, click the pay by check option and you will get an email with directions of how to pay.

How do I join the LRA?

On the menu bar at the top of the home page there is a tab called About Us, click on it and go down to the fourth link called Join the LRA. It will take you to a page with a link called "Click Here for the Enrollment Form" once you've clicked on it, it will open a new page with the enrollment form. Print out the form and follow the directions at the top of the form.

How do I volunteer for a committee?

On the menu bar at the top of the home page there is a tab called About Us, click on it and go to the fourth link called LRA Committees. It will take you to the page with all the current Chairman or Co-Chairs of every committee. If you would like to volunteer for any committee just contact the Chairman or Co-Chair of that committee.
